Yaji-Chimi Sauce

Yaji-Chimi Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Big Bunch Flat Parsley
- ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ cup Yaji/Suya Pice
- ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Red Onion
- 1 tsp Oregano optional
Instructions
- Pulse Parsley and Garlic in a food processor or blender.
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend.
- Pour in and jar and refrigerate when not in use.
