Chimichurri Sauce

This is an uncooked sauce of argentine origin that is used both as an ingredient in cooking.
It’s also a table condiment for grilled meats, poultry, fish or roasted sausages, a staple in this sauce is parsley.
Other seasonings varies from Country to Country. It is a good sauce for marinades (blasting), as a side, in hamburgers called Chimichurri (It is a hamburger topped with coleslaw and sauces).

Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Big bunch flat Parsley
- ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 10 cloves Garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Red Onion
- 1 tsp Oregano optional
Instructions
- Pulse Parsley and Garlic in a food processor or blender.
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend.
- Pour in and jar and refrigerate when not in use.
