This cream cheese is yogurt based.

  • 2 cups Plain Yogurt (16 oz)
  • Chopped Chives


  • Line a colander with a clean cheese cloth and place in a bowl
  • Pour plain yogurt into muslin cloth and tie to form a loose ball
  • Leave to drain overnight in your refrigerator.
  • Discard the whey or use in baked goods.
  • Add chopped chives
  • Store ready cheese in container of choice and refrigerate.


Garnish with bacon bits.
