Cream Cheese Recipe
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt (16 oz)
- Chopped Chives
- Line a colander with a clean cheese cloth and place in a bowl
- Pour plain yogurt into muslin cloth and tie to form a loose ball
- Leave to drain overnight in your refrigerator.
- Discard the whey or use in baked goods.
- Add chopped chives
- Store ready cheese in container of choice and refrigerate.
