Nutri-Dense Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Almond Milk unsweetened
- ½ Frozen Blueberries
- ¼ cup Frozen Strawberries
- ½ cup Frozen Kale
- ¼ cup Avocado
- ½ cup Frozen Banana
- ½ Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds Chia or Hemp seeds are good options
- ¼ tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1- inch Organic Ginger/Turmeric unpeeled
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients. Add water to thin. Swirl in coconut yogurt.
- Top with granola
- Makes a 16 oz smoothie.
