  • 1 kg Tamarind


  • Remove outer shell.
  • Separate pulp from seed (no water whatsoever)
  • Gather the pulp in a ball (plus fiber) and wrap in a cling film.


This method keeps for as long as a year, as opposed to the water extraction method that spoils within a month.
