Banana Bread

Another grandma’s recipe and the easiest banana bread recipe ever.
It is super moist because and a confirmed crowd pleaser. Demerara sugar is the game changer in this recipe. It has a crunchy texture, and light brown color because it contains trace amount of molasses.
Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Ripe Mashed Bananas thawed from frozen
- 1 ½ cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Demerara Sugar
- 4 tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Cranberries
- ¼ cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° F
- Mix and pour into 2 loaf pans
- Bake for 50mins
