There are two methods to making coconut cream.
First method is, to use the recipe for coconut milk and simmer/boil down to achieve a creamier and thicker consistency.
Second method is, use reduced water quantity to blend ingredients.
- 1 Coconut
- ½ cup Water
- In a blender, pour ½ cup cold water and the coconut chunks and blend.
- Using a cheese cloth, strain the liquid to separate the milk from the chaff.
