How to Roast Peanuts with an Air Fryer (No Sand Needed)

Who ever invented the air fryer has saved me a lot time when making some of my favorite snacks.

In Nigeria, roasting of peanuts is with fine sand. The sand gets heated up in a frying pan then the peanuts are poured into it.

The air fryer has changed everything, everyone should have one in their kitchen. My old air fryer did a good job.

The amount of time to be set on the timer will based on the air fryer model you or the quantity of peanuts been roasted.
15 to 16 minutes works just fine for me for 500 grams or 2 cups of peanuts.
You will also notice while the peanut is allowed to cool down the roasting  process continues until it cools down completely.
You need to make sure you understand how the model of your air fryer works to avoid burning the peanuts.
