Scottish Shortbread Fingers Recipe
Ingredients
- 375 g Plain Flour
- 250 g Butter a room temperature
- 125 g Cater Sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and blend together with hand till its nice smooth paste ( 5mins)
- Cut in Rectangles
- Bake at 320 for 20- 25mins
- Take it out and let it cool.
