Scottish Shortbread Fingers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 375 g Plain Flour
  • 250 g Butter a room temperature
  • 125 g Cater Sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and blend together with hand till its nice smooth paste ( 5mins)
  • Cut in Rectangles
  • Bake at 320 for 20- 25mins
  • Take it out and let it cool.
