Scottish Shortbread Fingers Recipe

Butter
a room temperature

Cater Sugar
A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and blend together with hand till its nice smooth paste ( 5mins)
Cut in Rectangles
Bake at 320 for 20- 25mins
Take it out and let it cool.
